Aisha Jamila Hinds is a well-known American actor. She is famous for the roles she played in TV series The Shield, and True Blood. She has demonstrated her versatility in 2003 with her outstanding performance on television shows such as 9-1-1 Detroit as well as 1-8-7 as well as Under the Dome. In 2005, she was noticed first for her performance as Anna In Assault on Precinct 13 But it was her role as Fannie Lou (a female activist fighting for equality) in the biographical All the Way film that brought her fame as an actor. Their father Krishnaraj worked as an Army scientist who passed away on the 18th of March, 2017. Her mother Vrinda is a domestic worker. Aditya is her elder brother and a merchant naval engineer. Her brother co-wrote and wrote Dil Ka Rishta, along with his mother. Bachchan attended Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai which is where her family moved to. When she completed her Intermediate studies at Jai Hind College, she took up a place at D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she was able to score a 90 percentile in her H.S.C. exams. The student studied classical music and dance for five years in her teen teens. Her most loved subject was zoology. Bachchan was a student of architecture at the time when she was elected Miss World in 1994. She was catapulted into modeling's highest echelon after being awarded the title. The model was offered lucrative jobs with PepsiCo Inc. and Vogue magazine and also an ambassador contract with L'Oreal Paris in 2003. In 1997, she played two highly acclaimed films: Iruvar and Aur pyaar ho gaya. The two films shattered the traditional framework that had characterized Bollywood films of the day, and pushed Bachchan onto the forefront of Bollywood's New Bollywood. Bachchan's heartbreaking portrayal of Paro, the lover who was cheating on during Devdas (2002) the film that was one of the most well-known Bollywood movies of the time, and premiered at the Cannes Film Festival cemented her as a queen of Bollywood. In the following years, she was praised for her role in the film Chokher (2003) that was an intense thriller based on Rabindranath Tagore's novel. That same year, she was appointed as the first Indian actress to be on the Cannes Film Festival Jury. Bachchan was in Bride and Prejudice by Gurinder Chadha. It is a dance and musical version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan has been able to add her stunning beauty and charisma in her debut English film. In 2006, Bachchan made her return to Bollywood by starring in the success movie Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story in English. She was married in April 2007 to Abhishek Bachchan who is a frequent co-star as well as the daughter of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage which brought together two of India's most powerful personalities.
