Tramar Lacel Daillard
Tramar Lacel Dillard, better known
professionally as Flo Rida is an American performer, rapper writer, songwriter
and composer from Carol City, Florida. His 2008 single "Low" made it
to the top of the charts for a total of 10 weeks straight in the United States.
It also broke the record for sales of digital downloads at the time. Flo Rida's
debut studio album in 2008, Mail on Sunday, reached fourth position in the US.
R.O.O.T.S. succeeded the album in 2008. The following albums, 2010's Only One
Flo (Part 1) and 2012's Wild Ones also charted on US Billboard 200. Flo Rida is
among the most popular artists who have sold over 80 million records across the
globe. His catalog includes the internationally popular songs "Right
Round", "Club Can't Handle Me", "Good Feeling",
"Wild Ones", "Whistle", "I Cry", "G.D.F.R.
", as well as "My Home". The debut album of Flo Rida's, Mail on
Sunday, was released in March of 2008. The first single, "Low", was
featuring T-Pain. The track was included in the soundtrack of Step Up 2: The
Streets. "Low" was ranked the top spot at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot
100 chart. "Elevator", with Timbaland, "In the Ayer"
featuring will.i.am and "Roll" with Sean Kingston, charted on the Hot
100, as well as other charts. Mail hosted many guests special guests on Sunday.
Timbaland who was the producer of the second single "Elevator" was
also included on the track. Rick Ross, and Trey Songz appeared on the track as
well. Lil Wayne performed the song "American Superstar" while Sean
Kingston sang "Roll" composed by Spitfiya who is a Compton rapper.
Various other guests include Birdman, Brisco, and Yung Joc. "Money
Right" featuring Rick Ross and Brisco was initially planned to be the
fourth track. However, this was canceled by Flo Rida's album due out in the
coming studio, R.O.O.T.S. The second collaboration between T-Pain "I
Bet" and his collaboration with Trina ("Bout It") however,
didn't make it to the final tracklist. But, they were both recorded.
